South Carolina Campus Update
We are very excited about the ongoing developments of the new St. Paul's Theological Centre in Charleston, South Carolina. The Director of SPTC, Andrew Emerton, was able to visit the final evening of their second pilot of SPTC's School of Theology Faithtrack in March. The course has been hosted at St. Andrew's Church, Mount Pleasant and there have been about 60 students taking part in the evenings. They are using the set of DVD's that were recorded in Manila in September 2008 and then having worship, small group discussion time and Q&A on each evening.
The material has been very well received and it was a privilege to be able to see it in action on the ground in the US. We got some very helpful feedback to allow us to develop these resources going forwards and we are continuing to try and support what is happening in South Carolina.
The plan is that in September 2009 they will run two tracks, the Bibletrack and the Faithtrack. The edits of the Faithtrack DVD's from Manila will be completed by then and we also hope to have available a trial version of the Bibletrack for them to use, based on DVD's we have of Tom Wright on 'Romans', Rowan Williams on 'John's Gospel' and Richard Bauckham on 'Revelation' that were all recorded over this last 12 months at SPTC here in London.
We continue to be very grateful for all those that have provided funding for the resourcing of the filming that we are doing as we are very excited about the potential that this gives for these resources to be used by other churches all over the UK and around the world. For further information on filming and availability of these resources, please contact sptc@htb.org.uk.

Graham Tomlin, Mike Lloyd and Jane Williams discuss theology and life with a slice of humour.
Never has been it more urgent for Christians to give a reason for the faith that is within them. In the midst of the conflict between literalism in religion and the disintegrating world view, the appeal of mature biblical faith is very clearThe Rt Revd Richard Chartres
